Why Mongolia?
Most of Mongolia is grassland, and herding horses, sheep and yak on open pasture has continued there for generations. Belcher produces in Mongolia to work directly with these free-range animals.

- Ingredients — is the ingredient list clear and short?
- Drying and packing — fully dried, sealed, with an oxygen absorber
